After your enquiry we will be approachable, responsive and professional. We will always provide you with examples of our work and the opportunity to meet existing clients. We will make you and your project our priority, opening an honest and open communication that will be the foundation for our ongoing relationship should you choose to work with us.

When submitting a tender we will provide a thorough and comprehensive tender document using our in house Quantity Surveyors and bespoke estimating software package. You will find our approach open and realistic, resulting in a completely transparent tender breakdown with realistic pricing throughout.

On agreement of our contract we will spend time with you to communicate what you can expect from us and what we will need from you. This is the start of the meticulous planning than underpins the success of your project and ensures the smooth running of the works, adherence to the budget and minimum stress and disruption for you, the client.

Once on site rest assured that your project will be run by a designated Site Manager and overseen by a Contract Manager with the back up of a full time office team. We are proud of the level of continuity and communication we give to our clients so they are continually reassured in our ability to carry out the works efficiently and professionally.

It's our job to take care of every detail that's why we continually invest in our professional team. We offer a diverse skill base to our clients, with the professional qualifications you would expect for delivery at the highest level. All our tradesmen are experienced professionals and our specialist trades can meet the creative challenge of even the most meticulous of jobs.

When outsourced specialist skills are required we can draw on our well-established list of experienced, highly skilled sub contractors, ensuring that everyone on site echoes the quality and professionalism that is synonymous with the Stonewood name. So whether it's specialist plumbing and heating systems, lighting design, ornate plastering techniques or traditional renovation specialists, you can ensure that everyone on site will work to the standards you desire.

Don't worry if you change your mind, we understand that you may well change your mind during the project. Once you see a project develop your views can change. Because we are always on hand we are in constant contact with you every step of the way, allowing us to be flexible and take account of any changes to the original plans.

And if things don't go to plan, for whatever reason, we will be proactive in providing a solution to keep everything on schedule.

Our service doesn’t stop on completion of your project. That’s why we give all our clients an official handover document and the option of using our expertise for ongoing maintenance. Our Handover and Maintenance Manuals contain usage instructions, useful contacts, guarantees and a photographic record of the project from commencement to completion. As you would expect we also have established procedures for you to provide feedback to us, which helps ensure we continue to provide the best in quality and service.
