Les Gibbs - Business Improvement Manager

As Business Improvement Manager, Les has been instrumental in the expansion of Stonewood Builders. He is primarily responsible for developing Stonewood’s business management system; assigning coherent procedures in line with our continuous development and improvement strategy.

Away from the office, as an engineer with extensive vehicle experience, Les retains an interest in anything mechanical, particularly anything that has the advantage of advancing the application of new technology. But when he’s not swotting up, you’ll most likely find him in his local pub.
