As Project Coordinator and Business Improvement Manager, Les’ role includes:
• The preparation, updating and maintenance of project plans (Gantt Charts) for all Stonewood construction projects.
• Assisting Contract and Site Managers in the allocation of construction resources.
• Development of the Stonewood Business Management System; assigning coherent company procedures in line with our continuous development techniques.
• Assisting Site Managers in the preparation of Health &Safety and Construction Site Fire Plans.
