Mike Hopkins- Contracts Manager

Mike enjoys a wide variety of Sports, playing a good standard of Football and golf. He also has a horse called George.

As Contracts Manager, Mike's role includes:

  • Overseeing operations on multiple sites
  • Being point of contact for clients, architects and other design team members
  • Providing support and expertise to Site Managers in their day to day running of sites
  • Working with the Quantity Surveyor on each project to monitor costs

What Mke brings to the business:

  • SMSTS Health & Safety
  • Experience managing some of the company's largest and most complex sites, including renovation of the Dower House Restaurant at The Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath, and the multi-million pound award winning project at Marden Mill in Wiltshire
  • CIOB Site Management Certificate
  • CIOB Diploma in Construction Management
  • Bsc (Hons) Product Design
