As a Non Executive Director, Neill’s role includes:

• Founder of the company, having an active involvement with the day-to-day running of the business until 2006.
• Today, Neill performs a consultancy role advising on wider business strategy.
• Helps with development and staff training.
• Oversees special minor works for long established clients.

What Neill brings to the company:

• A wealth of craft and business knowledge, having founded the business in 1972.
• BA (Hons) Educational Psychology
• Being a qualified teacher, Neill’s educational role in the business has been fundamental for staff development and skills training.
