It's not all about practical skill base alone, to build and maintain our reputation, all our employees need to understand the importance of developing great client relationships; creating and maintaining positive client contact, being proactive in their attitude and echoing the ethos of honesty and integrity which underpins the business.

We set our training targets high and to achieve the standards we require at Stonewood we provide a mix conventional and in-house training for all our employees. As a member of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), we provide many opportunities for employees to gain new skills and continually develop their existing abilities.
