Up Skilling

At Stonewood we recognise that training is a continual process and we invest in our employees’ professional development on an ongoing bases. We have made particular use of specialist off site training and on site assessment and training NVQ courses that have allowed us to develop employees as an alternative to apprenticeship schemes.
