The remodelling of a Victorian Mill House and outbuildings situated on the outskirts of Devizes in Wiltshire.
This detailed and complex project involved remodelling a beautiful Mill House and the restoration of the original mill equipment. In a series of phases, punctuated with significant family events for the client, we also completed conversion of a former Bakery and Dairy into charming cottages, a games room, stables and further storage facilities. We were proud to round off our building works with extensive landscaping to beautifully blend the residence into the wider surroundings.
Following our success in 2008 with the Federation of Master Builders Small Renovation Project, Marden Mill was awarded Best Large Renovation Project in the South West in 2010.
